Yaremchuk becomes champion of Greece with 'Olympiacos'.


Ukrainian national team footballer Roman Yaremchuk has become the champion of Greece with 'Olympiacos'. This was reported by 'Glavkom'.
In the third round of the championship part of the Greek Super League, 'Olympiacos' hosted AEK at their stadium. Our footballer came on as a substitute in the 90th minute and received a yellow card, while his team won 1-0 and became champion of the 2024/2025 season.
This season, Yaremchuk played 29 matches for 'Olympiacos', scored 8 goals, and provided 2 assists.
Roman became the fourth Ukrainian to win the championship of Greece. Previously, this was achieved by Dmytro Chyhrynskyi, Yevhen Shakhanov, and Yevhen Khacheridi.
Captain of the Ukrainian national team Alina Yagupova, who plays for Spanish 'Valencia', made it to the symbolic women's Euroleague team. This season, she averaged 11.3 points, 3.7 assists, and 3.4 rebounds.
