Irina Farion's son-in-law, Vasyl, prepared a touching surprise by sending red roses and other flowers. The daughter recalled how her mother delighted in every flower given to her while sitting in the gazebo with her friends.

I remember how Vasylko called and said: 'there will be a courier near the kindergarten, and you will pick it up, it's for you.' And what was for us? A sea of flowers and a bouquet of red roses for his dear Irina Dmytrivna from the scorching hell of war. And then, what happened next. We came home, and you were sitting with the girls in the gazebo and said you were ready to kiss every flower given to you,' recalls Sofia.

The daughter fondly remembered their shared photo, taken when they were happy and joyful.

'Your phone was ringing off the hook with thousands of calls and messages... but you said you would call everyone back because you wanted to be with us, your dearest treasures - Evusya and Dmytryk. And I also said 'we need to take a photo.' We were so happy...,' said Irina Farion's daughter.
