The suspect coordinated the illegal crossing of the border into Moldova for six Ukrainian citizens aged between 20 and 40. The accused charged between 4000 and 6000 US dollars per person, which included transportation and accommodation in the Republic of Moldova.

Law enforcement officials conducted searches at the residences of the accused and in vehicles used in the illegal activities. Draft documents, dozens of SIM cards, and other items of evidential value were seized.
