There are two paths: The Economist explained why Europe should spend more money on Ukraine.

Europe is considering two paths for arming Ukraine, each with its advantages, according to The Economist.
Currently, Ukraine is already less dependent on foreign arms, but if the European Union intervened more actively, the combat successes would be significantly better.
European governments could supply more European equipment, but most companies are reluctant to engage in production without long-term contracts.
Instead, the European Union could buy weapons directly from Ukrainian companies in Ukraine.
It would also be economically effective to create joint ventures between European and Ukrainian firms. This would help develop faster and more accurate missiles and address the problem of anti-aircraft missile systems.
The Economist emphasizes that Ukrainian firms need more funding to develop their own means of deterring Russia.
Ukraine requires the support of the European Union to improve its defense. Investments in the Ukrainian defense industry can contribute to the overall security and stability of Europe.
