The mobile operator 'Kyivstar' informed its customers about the increase in rates starting December 20. This was announced by the company's press service.
Kyivstar plans to raise prices for its services by 25%. The price increase is scheduled for December 20. The company promises not only to raise prices, but also to compensate for the increase in costs for customers by expanding service volumes and providing additional bonuses.
'In the updated rates, we will provide subscribers with more services: additional gigabytes of mobile internet, minutes for calls to other networks. Also, the possibility to connect additional Unlimited Superpowers', - the message states.
From January 1, 2025, rates for business customers will also increase. Corporate subscribers will have access to Unlimited Superpowers, as well as personalized internet.
The company emphasized that it has already reviewed some of the tariff plans for contract subscribers. On average, the price will change by 25% of the tariff cost.
Customers can choose another rate that best meets their needs and capabilities. This can be done on the company's website, in the 'My Kyivstar' app, or in the Kyivstar branded store.
It should be noted that Vodafone has also increased the prices of some tariff plans.
