It's easier for Ukrainians to find work in Poland: analytics.

Ukrainian refugees in Poland will have a simpler opportunity to find work in several sectors by 2025, according to Gremi Personal analysts. This will be the first step in their integration into the country. In particular, there is a high demand for unskilled workers in warehouses. Analysts predict that Ukrainians will be able to take vacancies in warehouses where various goods are stored, including clothing, pharmacy products, printing, plastic, rubber, and metal parts.
Vacancies for forklift operators, which are popular in warehouses and production facilities, will also attract attention. According to analysts, the average salary for such workers will range from 4500 to 6000 zlotys per month. Other job offers for Ukrainian refugees may include work in the food industry, particularly in the production and packaging of food products.
Analysts also note that Ukrainian highly qualified specialists may find prospects in the finance and sales sectors in Poland. Polish companies are looking for qualified sales managers, financiers, and accountants who speak Polish. The salary for professionals in these fields can range from 14500 to 16500 zlotys per month.
The proposal of the head of the Polish MFA Radosław Sikorski for radical changes in payments to Ukrainian refugees involves redirecting money they receive in Germany directly to Ukraine.
