You will need:

  • eggplants (young) - 3 pcs;
  • onion - 1-2 pcs;
  • garlic - 3 cloves;
  • greens - to taste;
  • oil - for frying.

For the marinade:

  • water - 120 ml;
  • soy sauce - 3-4 tbsp;
  • honey - 2 tsp;
  • 9% vinegar - 3-4 tbsp;
  • salt - to taste.

Cooking method

Slice the eggplants into rounds or half-moons. Fry on both sides in oil until golden brown. Chop the garlic and slice the onion.

For the marinade, mix water, soy sauce, honey, and vinegar. Add salt to taste. The marinade should be sweet-sour.

In a deep bowl, layer the eggplants, adding onion, garlic, and greens. Pour the marinade over, cover with film, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
