Kyiv Police Strengthens Parking Control: What Fines Await Drivers.


The Patrol Police of Kyiv urges drivers to adhere to parking rules. Special attention is given to violations of stopping and parking rules in spaces designated for people with disabilities.
According to the police, such spaces are marked by traffic signs 'Disabled Driver' and 'Parking Space'. They are intended for vehicles driven by drivers with disabilities or for transporting such persons.
For parking in these spaces without the appropriate rights, drivers face administrative responsibility. For this violation, a fine ranging from 1020 to 1700 hryvnias is provided.
The police calls for awareness and respect for other road users. A responsible attitude towards traffic rules is a guarantee of comfort and safety for all citizens.
Fines for dirty license plates and other violations have also been reported.
