Reserve+ temporarily restrict one of the deferrals from mobilization: when will it be restored.

The Ministry of Defense suspends the deferral function in the 'Reserve+' application
The Ministry of Defense informs that the possibility of online deferments for large families in the 'Reserve+' application has been temporarily suspended.
This is due to technical work being carried out in the National Information Systems registry.
The technical work will last from 22:00 on January 17 to Monday, January 20, 2025. Meanwhile, the Ministry of Defense notes that previously obtained deferments remain valid, and after the technical work is completed, the function will again be available in normal mode.
Renewal of deferments through the 'Reserve+' application
We remind you that the renewal of deferments through the Reserve+ application for students was announced in the first half of January 2025, after the completion of technical works integrating EDEBO with the Ministry of Defense services.
As known, the only temporary restriction was related to obtaining deferments in Reserve+ due to restoration work in the state registries of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
It is worth noting that the right to deferment from mobilization is granted to persons with disabilities of the first and second groups, as well as those caring for such persons. In addition, deferments have been granted to individuals whose close relatives were killed or went missing during combat operations, as well as former prisoners of war.
Implementation of 'electronic VLK' from 2025
