The defensive operation on the Pokrovskyi front continues, its goal is to eliminate enemy forces and reserves. General Oleksandr Syrskyi, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, summarizes the operations for the past month.
The Commander-in-Chief emphasizes that Ukrainian defenders are constantly inflicting losses on the occupiers. The Pokrovskyi front remains one of the hottest.
«Only in January of this year, our warriors neutralized over 15,000 invaders here, of which about 7,000 are irretrievable,» noted the general.
It should be noted that over the past day, Ukrainian defenders eliminated 1,320 occupiers. Since the beginning of the full-scale war in Ukraine, 840,360 Russians have died.
Russia has also lost tanks - 9,908 (+6) units, armored combat vehicles - 20,667 (+14) units, artillery systems - 22,538 (+45) units, MLRS - 1,267 (+1) units, air defense systems - 1,050 (+0) units, aircraft - 369 (+0) units, helicopters - 331 (+0) units, operational-tactical level drones - 23,793 (+99), cruise missiles - 3,054 (+0) units, ships/boats - 28 (+0) units, submarines - 1 (+0) units, automotive equipment and fuel tanks - 35,709 (+80) units, special equipment - 3,729 (+2).
