Tactic of 'cannon fodder': Ukraine in OSCE named losses of Russia in war.

Deputy Permanent Representative of Ukraine to international organizations in Vienna Natalia Kostenko stated that Russian troops manage to make insignificant progress in Ukraine through the tactic of 'cannon fodder'. She emphasizes that this advancement costs the occupiers the life of one soldier for every 2.5 square meters. As an example of such tactics, Kostenko cites Russia's attempts to capture the city of Vugledar, where it took Russian troops two years to take control of the ruined city. Despite this, Ukrainian forces continue defensive operations to protect the territory from Russian occupation.
During this period, there have been over 1000 military clashes, and the situation remains tense and dynamic along the entire front line. Ukrainian military successfully destroyed military headquarters, logistics and communication routes, arsenals of ammunition of Russian occupation troops. In addition, they destroyed modern samples of Russian military equipment, including the Nebo-M radar system.
