Ukraine may "get rid of" CCC: in the Armed Forces of Ukraine said what is needed for this.

Pavlo Kishkar, lieutenant colonel and senior officer of the Ground Forces Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, made proposals for changes in the system of mobilization and demobilization in Ukraine.
According to Kishkar, the effectiveness of demobilization depends on the quality of mobilization measures.
He proposed several steps that could improve the situation. Among them are the establishment of an open dialogue with the public on mobilization issues, giving commanders the opportunity to personally recruit their servicemen, and the introduction of a system of transfers between military units.
Kishkar emphasized the importance of a qualitative, not quantitative approach to the formation of military units. He noted that the existing system, where people through the CCC find themselves in an uncomfortable position, causes fear in many to the extent that they are ready to leave the country.
The officer also drew attention to the problem of communication with Ukrainians abroad. According to him, hundreds of Ukrainians in the Czech Republic are ready to join the army, but on the condition of a "honest story" - when they are in contact with their commanders, know their position and necessary skills.
In addition, Kishkar proposed to increase the number and size of international units. According to the lieutenant colonel, such changes may soon make the CCC unnecessary.
"My creative thinking allows me to assert that the CCC can be eliminated tomorrow. If you implement this system. You just won't need it," concluded the military.
