Ukrainians will be able to receive medications for free at Ukrposhta.


The government program 'Winter Support' has announced the delivery of medications for free to residents of remote and frontline areas of Ukraine.
According to the new initiative, residents of remote villages and territories near the frontline will be given the opportunity to receive necessary medications for free through the postal network.
The Ministry of Health and the company 'Ukrposhta' have launched a joint project titled 'Ukrposhta. Pharmacy,' which will help ensure that the population has access to medications during the harsh winter period.
'The 'Ukrposhta. Pharmacy' program provides free delivery of over-the-counter medicines and drugs from the 'Affordable Medicines' program to stationary departments and mobile points of issuance. Citizens can order up to 10,000 names of medications, except for insulins, psychotropic, narcotic, and immunobiological agents,' the project announced.
To receive medications, you need to follow a few simple steps: have an electronic prescription from a doctor, call the hotline at 0 800 300 545, and provide the details of the prescription.
The delivery logistics provide for transportation between regional centers within three days, while the orders are kept at the office for seven days.
