Ukraine has established new rules for traveling abroad for young contract soldiers.
These rules apply to men aged 18 to 25 who have served on contract for one year and are already in effect.
'Indeed, changes have been made to the border crossing rules and they are already in effect. This concerns men aged 18 to 25 who have served on contract for one year,' said Andriy Demchenko, spokesperson for the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.
Andriy Demchenko also stated that the Ministry of Defense should approve the certificate form and its content so that inspectors can verify these documents at the border.
