On Monday, November 4, in the Holosiiv district of Kyiv, an accident occurred. A bus collided with several cars and crashed into a small architectural form object (kiosk) at the market. This was reported on social networks.
As a result of the collision, the bus drove onto the pedestrian part of the road and likely hit pedestrians.
"An accident occurred on Akademika Zabolotny Street. Preliminary, the bus driver rammed 2 cars and veered onto the adjacent road, crashing into market rows," the message states.
Social networks also published a video of the moment of the accident and its consequences.
Currently, there is no official information about the accident and the number of victims.
According to witnesses, the bus driver may have dozed off at the wheel. He collided with a car, went off the roadway, crossed the lawn, and crashed into the kiosk. The collision was so strong that the passengers of the car fell out of it.
Police, medics, and rescuers arrived at the scene. Witnesses report deceased people whose bodies lay on the road.
Drivers were warned about an important road sign.
