The Armed Forces of Ukraine Cancelled the Mobilization Order of Former Head of the State Fiscal Service Nasirov.

According to the order of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), a service investigation is being conducted regarding the conscription of the former head of the State Fiscal Service, Roman Nasirov, during the court trial. This was reported by 'Glavcom' citing the Military Law Enforcement Service of the AFU.
The Military Law Enforcement Service of the AFU has initiated a service investigation concerning Roman Nasirov, who was conscripted into military service during mobilization. The conscription of the reservist was carried out by the order of the commander of the military unit A0139 dated 07.04.2025.
However, the commander recognized the conscription as unlawful and canceled it. The materials of the investigation related to possible abuse of power will be transferred to law enforcement agencies for an appropriate legal assessment.
It is worth noting that the military unit A0139 is part of the Main Command Center of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and has been involved in combat operations throughout the entire period of the Russo-Ukrainian war. The AFU is currently fighting for freedom and independence, so any actions aimed at discrediting the Ukrainian army will be stopped.
Roman Nasirov voluntarily enlisted in the Armed Forces of Ukraine on April 9. He is accused of receiving a bribe of 722 million UAH for VAT refunds to the companies of Oleg Bakhmatyuk. Recently, he has been in custody due to bribery charges but managed to make renovations in his cell and have internet access.
In March 2017, Nasirov was detained on suspicion of abusing his official position. He faced accusations of collaborating with MP Oleksandr Onyshchenko and issuing delays on rent payments for the extraction of natural resources. After his detention, Nasirov was hospitalized with a heart attack and then he underwent treatment.
