EU made a statement on initiatives regarding Ukraine.

The European Union reaffirms its unwavering commitment to provide comprehensive assistance to Ukraine. Meanwhile, no initiative to end the RF's war against Ukraine can be undertaken without Ukraine.
This is stated in the declaration of the European Union, delivered during the regular meeting of the OSCE Permanent Council in Vienna.
"The EU remains steadfast in its support of Ukraine and reaffirms its unwavering commitment to provide comprehensive assistance to Ukraine and its people for as long as it takes, and with such intensity as the urgent needs of Ukraine require," the statement reads.
It was emphasized that Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine is an "attack on a free and democratic Europe".
"The EU will support Ukraine in its fight to preserve independence and sovereignty and restore territorial integrity within internationally recognized borders. By conducting defensive operations aimed at reducing Russia's ability to wage aggressive war, Ukraine exercises its inherent right to self-defense fully in accordance with international law and in accordance with Article 51 of the UN Charter," the EU stated.
Alongside this, the EU reaffirmed its "firm support for a comprehensive, just, and lasting peace in accordance with international law, including the UN Charter, and in line with the key principles and objectives of Ukraine's Peace Formula, with full respect for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine."
"We also emphasize that no initiative regarding Ukraine can be undertaken without Ukraine. The EU will remain closely engaged in this issue and subsequent joint international efforts," the statement reads.
