Ukraine reacted to the presence of foreign leaders at Putin's parade.

Ukraine considers the presence of foreign state leaders at the parade in Moscow to be an unfriendly act
As reported by 'Hvylia', the Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a démarche to the heads of diplomatic missions accredited in Ukraine from states whose senior officials were present at the military parade in Moscow.
The presence of senior officials from several states at events organized by the Kremlin has nothing to do with honoring the memory of the victims and heroes of World War II, and is, in fact, a desecration of it, supporting modern aggression in Europe and Russia's predatory war against Ukraine.
According to the First Deputy Minister Serhiy Kyslytsia, Ukraine perceives the presence of senior officials from foreign countries at the parade of the aggressor state as an unfriendly step amid Russian aggression, mass killings of Ukrainians, strikes on civilian infrastructure, war crimes, and crimes against humanity.
The significant contribution of the Ukrainian people, together with other nations of the anti-Hitler coalition and the former USSR, to the victory over Nazism 80 years ago was noted. Ukraine will not allow Russia to steal the memory of the past, to appropriate the collective victory, or diminish the role of the Ukrainian people in it.
In Kyslytsia's opinion, Russia is not seeking to restore peace, as it has not accepted the US proposal for a complete and unconditional ceasefire for 30 days, which Ukraine agreed to back in March. It should be reminded that Putin will agree to a truce under one condition.
Analyzing the situation, it is important to note that Ukraine is actively defending its own interests and the memory of the past, not allowing the undermining of the authority and victory in World War II.
