A grant program for women from one of the Ukrainian regions has been launched by the charitable foundation 'Women's Opportunities in Ukraine'. Women can receive from 50 thousand UAH for the development of their business. This was reported by the foundation's press center.

What is important to know about the grant program for Ukrainian women

The program is aimed at supporting the development of entrepreneurship and applies to citizens of the Lviv region. Women who are doing business during the war or after relocation and need financial support are invited to apply.

'The goal of the competition is to support and develop local entrepreneurship in the Lviv region by providing grants to women who continue to run their business under martial law, wish to strengthen and develop their business or have started a new business after relocation and need financial support.'

Grants may range from 50 thousand to 150 thousand UAH and can be used to purchase equipment for the business. There are various conditions for receiving grants depending on the number of employees in the business.

The program can be participated in by women entrepreneurs with Ukrainian citizenship who reside in Ukraine and have a business in Lviv region for at least six months.

How to register for the women's assistance program

To participate in the program, it is necessary to fill out an online application by July 20, 2025, and write a motivational letter. Results will be announced by August 31, 2025.

'The condition for submitting and accepting the application for review is the correct completion of all points in the form designed for entrepreneurs. If the form is filled out incorrectly, the organizers will not clarify the information with the competition participants and will not supplement the application,' the organizers added.
